Begin each day with gentle yoga overlooking the Arabian Sea, Pneuma breathwork, and meditation as the sun rises over Trivandrum. Our studio is open to the breeze, peacocks wander the grounds, and the air carries the scent of tropical flowers. Set your intention and let the day begin.

Ayurvedic Treatments
Experience personalized healing therapies including Abhyanga, a warm oil massage that melts tension from the body, Shirodhara, where oil flows gently over the forehead to calm the nervous system, and detox treatments tailored to your unique constitution.
