Your retreat begins with a one-on-one consultation with our resident Ayurvedic doctor, who designs a fully personalized protocol for your week: daily therapies chosen for your specific imbalances, and meals crafted around your dosha. Farm to table, grown steps away in our on-site garden. This, coupled with Dr. Alexina's Ayurvedic and functional medicine perspectives, means your healing is seen from every angle. Yoga & Meditation

Begin each day with gentle yoga overlooking the Arabian Sea, Pneuma breathwork, and meditation as the sun rises over Trivandrum. Our studio is open to the breeze, peacocks wander the grounds, and the air carries the scent of tropical flowers. Set your intention and let the day begin.

Midday

Ayurvedic Treatments

Experience personalized healing therapies including Abhyanga, a warm oil massage that melts tension from the body, Shirodhara, where oil flows gently over the forehead to calm the nervous system, and detox treatments tailored to your unique constitution. Every oil is custom blended with herbs chosen specifically for your imbalances, prepared fresh by our Ayurvedic doctor. Made for you.

Explore & Integrate

Wander the grounds, journal, walk the beach, or join an Ayurvedic beauty workshop. Some days take us further into Kerala itself, to ancient temples, handicraft villages, and conversations with local Ayurvedic doctors who have spent their lives inside this tradition. The afternoon is yours to move at your own pace and let the morning's work settle in.
